Defendants Walter F. Imhoff, Gary J. Wilson, Richard T. Huebner, and George A. Johnson appeal from the district court's partial denial of their motion to compel arbitration and stay proceedings. At issue is the arbitrability of claims asserted under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461, by plaintiffs, former securities exchange employees who were terminated from their employment by defendants...
