Rainald Schurmann appeals a judgment dismissing his claims for misrepresentation against Guy Neau, an independent insurance agent, from whom he purchased a disability insurance policy that Schurmann claims did not provide the level of insurance he had requested and Neau said had been approved by the Franklin Life Insurance Company.
