Respondent Raymond Scott traded in his 1988 Dodge Caravan on the purchase of a 1991 Dodge Caravan from appellant Forest Lake Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge (Forest Lake) in a deal that required Scott to execute a vehicle purchase contract, a retail installment contract and a conditional delivery agreement.
