SOLEIL SHUTTERS, INC., et al., Appellants, v. Ramon MARTINEZ, et al., Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

April 12, 2000.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Lawton R. Jackson, Miami, for appellants.

James W. Jarvis and Richard L. Richards, Coral Gables; Roy D. Wasson, Miami, for appellees.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and GODERICH and GREEN, JJ.
