This matter comes to us on appeal from a district court grant of summary judgment for respondent American National Fire Insurance Company. The Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed, holding that under the terms of the insurance policy and the Minnesota Standard Fire Insurance Policy, appellant Nathe Brothers, Inc.'s failure to provide a sworn proof of loss within 60 days of American National's request barred it from any recovery...
