I. INTRODUCTION

The matters before the Court are the Second Amended Adversary Complaint filed by Joseph L. Hart (the "Debtor") against GMAC Mortgage Corporation ("GMAC") and Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae") (collectively, the "Defendants") and GMAC's objection to confirmation of the Debtor's First Amended Chapter 13 Plan.
