Joseph Robinson, Allen Robinson and Josh Bounds (collectively referred to as "defendants") were each ticketed, convicted and sentenced for violations of La. R.S. 56:116.3(A)(1)(b), (F) and La. R.S. 56:116(B)(1), relating to the illegal hunting of deer. After defendants were convicted as charged, they appealed the convictions contending that the evidence was insufficient to convict them.
