¶ 1 Roland Hembree appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County. We affirm.

¶ 2 On December 6, 1997, Hembree was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and two counts of disorderly conduct.
