This is an appeal from an order granting partial summary judgment to appellee, plaintiff below, Streicher Enterprises, Inc., ("Streicher"). The order granted Streicher immediate possession and control of funds in five bank accounts held by appellant, BankAtlantic, a Federal Savings Bank ("BankAtlantic").
