PER CURIAM:

At issue in this case is the government's liability for up to 30 days of skilled nursing services available under the Medicare program.1 See 42 U.S.C. §§ 1395d(a)(2)(A), 1395x(h); 42 C.F.R. § 409.20. After considering the applicable standard of review for the decision of the Secretary of HHS, we conclude that the denial of additional benefits was supported by substantial evidence.
