The defendant-appellant, Vincent Manalla, appeals from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Gwyndolyn Azaretta, enforcing the payment of a promissory note executed by the defendant. At trial, Mr. Manalla claimed the note was unenforceable for failure of consideration.
