Appellant, Christopher Flynn, a former special education teacher and cross-country coach at Walt Whitman High School, was accused of sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and sex discrimination by appellees—two high school students, Joanna Zuercher ("Joanna") and Claire White-Crane ("Claire"), and their parents, Glenn Reichardt, JoAnn Zuercher, Donald Crane, and Diane White-Crane.
