This is the second chapter in a controversy over defendant NFO, Inc.'s refusal to pay its employee, plaintiff Karl Gabelmann, a promised housing allowance. The controversy extended over the life of Gabelmann's tenure with the company— twenty years—resulting in a jury verdict for $22,000.
