Brent White appeals from a judgment of the district court for Lancaster County, Nebraska, dismissing his claim for damages and injunctive relief against the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (University) based upon the alleged wrongful use of a registered trade name. The district court found that White was not entitled to relief because he failed to establish that he actually used the trade name "Husker Authentics" prior to registering...
