Appellant, Nace J. Macaluso, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Ron S. Macaluso. Finding that appellant was not afforded prior notice of the hearing and an opportunity to present arguments and evidence in opposition to the motion, we reverse.
