Roosevelt Moore pled guilty to felony shoplifting in two separate cases and was sentenced by the Lowndes County Circuit Court to five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Moore petitioned the trial court for post-conviction relief alleging that his pleas were involuntary.
