The appellant, Shirley Dianne Bowden, executrix of the estate of Jones Elmer Bowden, challenges a claim against the estate filed by the appellee, Larry E. Ward, an individual creditor. Ward received a copy of the published notice which erroneously stated that he had only six months from the date of the first publication of the Notice to Creditors...
