In this action, filed pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., a large number of workers at a stamping plant in South Bend, Indiana, alleged violations in the way their 401(k) plan was handled when the assets of their employer were sold.
