GRAVES, Justice.

Lloyd Douglas Gaines, was convicted in the Franklin Circuit Court on one count of first-degree assault and four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. He was sentenced to a total of eleven years imprisonment. On appeal, the Court of Appeals reversed the convictions and remanded the matter for a new trial.
