[¶ 1] Eric and Patricia Kosalka appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Calkins, J.) upholding as constitutional a provision of the Georgetown Shoreland Zoning Ordinance that all conditional use developments "conserve natural beauty."
