This case arises from an automobile collision involving a Ford Granada driven by Samuel Steward, hereinafter "Plaintiff' and a Mercury Sarle driven by Bradford Wilkerson, hereinafter "Defendant". The accident occurred on Louisiana Highway 124 also known as Martin Luther King Drive in Jonesville, Louisiana.
