[¶ 1] Jose P. Marques appeals the judgment of conviction entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Bradford, A.R.J.) on charges of manslaughter; operating under the influence; eluding an officer; operating after suspension; passing a roadblock; reckless conduct with the use of a dangerous weapon; and criminal speeding.
