The defendants, Anthony Cherubino and Norma D'Aquila, appeal from a Superior Court decision granting the plaintiff Virginia Cherubino's prayer for partition and for an accounting relating to certain property located in West Warwick, Rhode Island. This case came before the Supreme Court on May 10, 2000, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided...
