Fejes appeals from the judgment entered following his felony convictions for conspiracy to violate the Lacey Act under 18 U.S.C. § 371, and two substantive violations of the Lacey Act under 16 U.S.C. §§ 3372(a)(2)(A), 3373(d)(1)(B), and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
