Plaintiff James E. Phillips brings this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B).1 With this action, Plaintiff Phillips says he is entitled to receive additional pension payments from Defendant Teamsters Local 639-Employee Pension Trust ("Local 639 Fund").
