Louis Zink appeals a judgment dismissing his nuisance claim against Akhtar Khwaja and Berlin Cranberry Ltd.1 Zink contends that the circuit court erred when it determined that: (1) Zink failed to prove that Khwaja's cranberry operation had caused damage to his property; (2) Khwaja's actions in operating his cranberry farm were not unreasonable; and (3) Khwaja had acquired a prescriptive right to operate his cranberry...
