BIRCH, J.

We granted review in this habeas corpus case to determine whether two counts of the indictment under which Doyle Hart, the appellant, was convicted are void for failing to provide him with sufficient notice of the crimes charged. After thoroughly reviewing the applicable law, we find that Count 1 is not void for failing to allege a culpable mental state. Additionally, Count 2 is valid because the appellant was provided with sufficient notice...
