¶ 1 Kenneth and Alexandria McClain, both minors, suffer from toxic lead poisoning. Appellants allege that the poisoning was due to the ingestion of lead-based paint found in their rental home. Juliet and Harvey Welker and Welker Real Estate, appellees, owned the rental unit.
