Charles Jideonwo appeals the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") affirmance of an Immigration Judge's ("IJ") determination that Jideonwo is ineligible to receive discretionary relief under former § 212(c) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act ("INA"), 8 U.S.C. § 1182(c) (1994). For the reasons stated herein, we reverse the BIA's decision and remand this case to the IJ for further proceedings...
