Defendant Man L. Dank a/k/a Man Danh was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute amphetamines, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967. Defendant pled not guilty at his July 9, 1998 arraignment. The trial court found probable cause and denied defendant's motions to suppress the evidence and statements.
