The defendant, John Mann, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered by the court, of the crimes of sexual assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70 (a) (2), sexual assault in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-72a (a) (1) (A) and (B), and two counts of risk of injury to a child in violation of General Statutes § 53-21.
