Appellant, who represented himself in the trial court, was convicted and sentenced to fifty-seven months in prison. The public defender appointed to represent him on appeal has filed a motion for us to relinquish jurisdiction so that the trial court can conduct a Faretta hearing, in order for appellant to represent himself on appeal.
