PER CURIAM.

Rodney Wayne Thomas appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Thomas was convicted after a jury trial of aggravated battery and now alleges that his counsel was ineffective in several respects. Because we find two of Thomas' claims facially sufficient and not refuted by the record, we reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing.
