On October 22, 1999, plaintiff Saunders V. Dorsey filed a complaint against defendant American Golf Corporation ("AGC"), a California corporation that manages a number of premier public and private golf courses throughout the United States, and 257 individual golf courses currently managed by defendant AGC, seeking injunctive and monetary relief for alleged violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA")....
