Benjamin Fannin appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for postconviction relief brought pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.1 Fannin raises two issues. He contends the trial court erred in summarily denying his claim that the State relied on perjured testimony to convict him. Fannin also argues that the trial court impermissibly imposed consecutive minimum mandatory sentences. We agree on both issues...
