Dorell Percell Taylor (appellant) appeals his convictions, by a jury, of first degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of murder. On appeal, he contends the trial court erred in: 1) requiring defense counsel to call a witness on behalf of the defense, which was contrary to counsel's judgment; 2) admitting the hearsay statement of the victim; and 3) finding the evidence sufficient to support the convictions.
