This is an attorney disciplinary matter. It arises from a motion for final discipline filed by the Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) before the Disciplinary Review Board (DRB). The motion is based on the criminal conviction of respondent, Jude J. Tonzola, for forgery and theft.
