Elizabeth Hogan appeals from a circuit court order setting aside a jury verdict that found Hogan negligent in an automobile accident but awarded zero damages. Hogan argues that the circuit court abused its discretion in granting plaintiff/appellee Brenda Holliday a new trial. We affirm.
