Agricredit Acceptance Corp. filed this suit to rank security interests between itself and the defendants, Agra Trade Financing Inc. and Gold Kist Inc., and to disburse funds in accordance with the ranking. The District Court granted summary judgment in favor of Agra Trade, finding it had a prior perfected security interest and was entitled to the proceeds of the debtor's property.
