This cause is before the Court on Defendant Parisian, Inc.'s (Parisian) Motion To Dismiss. Quincy Mall, Inc. (Quincy) sought to recover the same damages in both a bankruptcy proceeding and in this action. The Bankruptcy Court ruled adversely to Quincy on all issues.
