GOTHARD, Judge.

The defendant, Lisa Joseph, was convicted of possession of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 C. After adjudication as a second felony offender, defendant was sentenced to eight years at hard labor, concurrent with any time she was currently serving as a result of her probation revocation. Defendant subsequently sought, and was granted, an out-of-time appeal.
