It is undisputed that on June 28, 1997, defendant Thomas Doheny, an employee of defendant TWE-Advance/Newhouse Partnership, entered the Cosmopolitan and observed that a pay-per-view event was playing on the television sets located in the bar and that the unauthorized reception...
