Prudential Securities, Inc. ("Prudential") and Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. ("Dean Witter") (collectively referred to as "plaintiffs") initiated this action seeking to enjoin Catherine M. Yingling ("Yingling" or "defendant") from pursuing claims against them in a National Association of Security Dealers ("NASD") arbitration proceeding.
