William Arthur Brown appeals his multiple convictions on the following charges: one count of violating 21 U.S.C. § 848 (engaging in a "continuing criminal enterprise" ("CCE")); one count of violating 21 U.S.C. § 846 (conspiracy to violate the drug laws ("drug conspiracy")); and four counts of violating 18 U.S.C. § 1956 ("money laundering").
