STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant Daryl Bullock was charged with solicitation for crime against nature, a violation of La. R.S. 14:89(2). Pursuant to a judge trial defendant was found guilty of attempted [solicitation for] crime against nature on March 3, 1999. The trial judge denied defendant's motion in arrest of judgment on June 14, 1999. Defendant waived all legal delays and was sentenced to thirty months at hard labor, with credit for time...
