Plaintiff-appellant, Exxon Pipeline Company ("Exxon"), appeals a judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, landowners, V. Price and Shirley Wolf LeBlanc and Simon Corporation of Louisiana1 (collectively "the LeBlancs"), awarding just compensation and attorney fees. As amended, we affirm.
