Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue, or Alternatively, for Change of Venue filed on August 3, 1999. For the reasons set forth below, this Court GRANTS Defendants' motion insofar as it seeks to transfer this civil action and DENIES Defendants' motion insofar as it seeks to dismiss this civil action, and TRANSFERS this civil action...
