PER CURIAM.

William Jude Miller appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. In his motion, Miller asserted seven grounds for relief. Of these, we find that only Miller's ineffective assistance of counsel claim for failing to move for a change of venue was not conclusively refuted by attachments to the trial court's order.
