Ordered that the amended judgment is modified, on the law and the facts, by (1) deleting the provision thereof awarding the plaintiff damages for past lost earnings and substituting therefor a provision dismissing the demand for such relief, (2) deleting the provisions thereof awarding the plaintiff damages in the sum of $150,000 for past pain and suffering, $25,000 for future pain and suffering, and $10,000 for past medical expenses...
