Jet Star, Inc. petitions for review of the National Labor Relations Board's ("NLRB" or "Board") decision affirming an administrative law judge's ("ALJ") finding that the Company violated Sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA" or "Act"), 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., by discharging employee John Krueger in retaliation for his union activities.
